Good morning
Psalm 16 v 11 says this “You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”
Do you realise that through prayer, through Bible study, and through attending local church services particularly at the start of the week, we are in the presence of God? In His presence is joy evermore—not discouragement, not despair, not despondency, not guilt—joy!
So if work, or life in any other area is causing any of the above list outside of Joy, I do recommend going back to the Bible, Praying and gathering together on Sunday with brothers and sisters in Christ.
